What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing uses the vibrational frequencies of the sound bowls to look after our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Tuned to very specific, healing frequencies (432 hz), the sound bowls have the ability to promote deep relaxation, calm the nervous system, bring our brain waves into a state of theta, reduce stress and anxiety, heal the physical cells of the body, induce a meditative state and balance and clear our chakras.
Using crystal sound bowls amongst other instruments, sound healing is a deeply relaxing, restorative, loving and healing experience. Combined with beautiful space-holding, this therapy can be a life-changing.

It would be an honour to hold space for you in a magical sound healing journey. I pride myself on hosting my journeys with all the love in my heart, guiding you into a deep, meditative space where you have the chance to tap into your subconscious and receive the healing powers of the crystal sound bowls.
I offer 1:1 sessions and group sound healing events, and am located in the Northern Rivers and Gold Coast area.
1:1 Sound Healing Session
A 1 hour healing session customised to your specific needs. We will set the space together with an open conversation about what you would like to receive and gain, and then move into a 45 minute sound healing together.

1:1 Deep Emotional Healing and Sound Session
In this 1 hour session together, we will discuss what you would like to work through and heal. Through sound and deeply healing affirmation work, you will release emotional blocks and limitations to step into your full potential and power.

Group Sound Healing Session
My group sessions are able to be tailored to your specific needs as a group and the length of the session is highly dependent on what it is you would like to organise. Group sessions can include corporate events, friend gatherings, workshops and parties.
Please Note: I am currently only offering sessions in a space you are able to provide. I am happy to discuss what these options may be with you and how we can best navigate this. Organising a session in nature is a very powerful option.
